AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"AN ORDIIANCE FISING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY FOR CERTAIN
NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", WHICH WAS
ADOPTED ON MARCH 16, 1957, AND AMENDED ON JANUARY 23, 1961
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the
title quoted above, which was adopted on March 16, 1957, and amended
on January 23, 1961, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows:
SECTION 1. That the monthly or hourly rate of compensation
/c/6-3 to the following non -civil service employees of the City of Paducah
shall be the amount set opposite the designation of such employment,
to -wit:

Corporation Counsel
Assistant Corporation Counsel
Assistant Corporation Counsel (Police Court)
Director of Public Works
Assistant Director of Public Works
City physician (colored)
Secretary to City Judge
Temporary Clerk in Engineering Department
Field -Office Helper
Janitor
Temporary Clerk in Finance Office
Monthlv Salar

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
