AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING COIiVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LAND TO
COMN0II':!EALTH OF IENTUCKY FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE DEPART-
MENT OF IIIGIR-JAYS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF TIS CITY OF
PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the interest of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
in and to the following described land be conveyed to Commonwealth
of Kentucky for the use and benefit of the Department of Highways:
Being all of the property designated by cross patching
and knoi•m as the "area to be finished Paved" as indicated,
shorn and laid out on a plat of the said property of
record in Plat Book 11G11, page 36, in the office of the
Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
Being in all respects a part of the same property which
was deeded by the Airport Corporation to the City of Paducah
and County of IdcCracken by Deed dated October 21, 1910-1,
of record in Deed Book 212, page 155, in the office of
the Clerk of McCracken County Court.
SECIT014 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, jointly with the County of McCracken, a deed
conveying to Commonwealth of Kentucky for the use and benefit of
the Department of Highways, the land described in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
