AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIO14 1 OF AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADJUSTING THE RATES OF PAY FOR CERTAIN
NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", WHICH WAS
ADOPTED ON MARCH 16, 1957, AND AMENDED ON DECED'IBER 22, 1959
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title
quoted abofe, which was adopted on March 16, 1957, and amended on December I

22, 1959, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained o that said
section as amended and reordained shall read as follows.
"SECTION 1. That from and including February 1, 1961, the
monthly or hourly rate of compensation to the following non -civil
service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set
opposite the designation of such employment, to -wit:

Maintenance Department

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
