KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the.City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid of Bogie Equipment Company in the sum of x2455.21 for the sale to the City of one (1) new vacuum leaf and litter collector as follows: One (1) new Tarco equiped as follows:. Engine 30 H.P..4 cylinder industrial gasoline engine equipped with an electric starter, governor, generator, stelite valves, automatic over heat cut off switch, battery; power to be transmitted to the suction impeller through a matched set of reinforced cog -type belts; the power transmission to be con- trolled by a quick=acting clutch; stainless steel.clad suction housing; heavy duty fan; stainless steel clad discharge duct; swinging hose support boom; 12 inch diameter discharge hose; drop box; to be mounted on two (2) wheeled trailer; consists of a welded steel frame semi=elliptic springs, with a tow ring type hitch, safety chains, screw type parking jack, full swiveling castor wheel, stop and tail lights, hub caps, first line 100.1evel tires with tubes - 670,x 15 - 4 -ply; colors and lettering to be specified; one man riding operation with 450 10" diameter stainless steel elbow, 8 ft. of 10" diameter standard duty hose, tractor type riding seat with foot rests, extra long wood guide handle. The above purchase price of ?2455.21 is F.O.B. Paducah, Kentucky and includes all applicable Kentucky sales taxes. SECTION 2. That the City D4anager be, and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said equipment as set out in Sectio SECTION 3.
