AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TIE BID OF WALKER PROCESS Eq�UIPi•EDIT,
INC. FOR THE FURNISHING OF CERTAIN GRIT REMOVAL EQUIPIEDIT AHD
ERECTION SUPERVISION SERVICES IN CONNECTION THERElITH FOR THE
SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEDi OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE &IAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR SUCH E�UIPI-ENT
AND SERVICES
BE IT ORDAIIIED BY THE BOARD OF C01,11ISSIOHER.S OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1, That the bid of Plalker Process Equipment, Inc.
in the sum of •x6,331.00 for the furnishing of certain grit removal
equipment and erection supervision services in connection therewith
for the sewage disposal system of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be accepted.
SECTION 2_ That the i-Iayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute a contract on behalf of the City with Clalker Process
Equipment, Inc, for the equipment and services set out in Section 1
hereof, said contract to be in the form as provided and furnished
the City by Black & Veatch, Consulting Engineers of Kansas City,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting
of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1)
creel: in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final
passage, and shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
