AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WRAY WILLIAMS BLUE
PRINT COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW
WHITEPRINTER MACHINE FOR USE IN THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Wray Williams Blue Print
Company for the sale to the City of Paducah, Kentucky of one
(1) new Ozalid Streamliner #200 with Roll Holder and Paper
Cutter and Dust Cover at the price of $1,295.00, be accepted,
and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into a contract, on behalf of the City, for the
purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be ihtroduced and remain
on file for at least one (1) week for public inspection in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
