That 'Section 1 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 22, 1952, and amended on February 17, 1960, be, and the same is hereby repealed, amended and re - 14 ordained, so that said Section as amended and reordained shall read as follows: "SECTIO11 1, That the City ddanager of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, receive for his services the stun of Seven Hundred (3700.00) Dollars per month to be paid to him at the time other city salaries are paid."
