A RESOLUTION AUTIIORIZING THE PADUCAH WATER WORKS TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH UNITED STATES OF Ai•TRICA FOR THE
COLLECTION OF REFUSE CHARGES AND SE-JER SERVIDE CHARGES I:I
CONNECTION 1I^sH PROPERTY AT 2956 PARK AVENUE IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, IENTUCKY
WHEREAS, United States of America is the ovmer of a
building recently constructed at 2956 Park Avenue in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, and
.HEREAS, the ovmer is desirous of being served with
city water, sewer service and refuse collection, and
UH -'REAS, the ovmer desires to include all three (3)
such services in one contract with Paducah ':dater '.'Works,
N0:•1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF C01-11ISSIO:?ERS
OF TIM CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Paducah Water Works be, and it is hereby,
authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah, a
contract with United States of America (''DA-15-029-E1G-6026)
for the collection of refuse charges and sewer service charges
in connection with the ovmerts property at 2956 Park Avenue in
Paducah, Kentucky, at the same rates as sharged to other similar
users.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
