AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TIT; MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE TO THE COAEIONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT
OF THE DEPARTPENT OF kIGW.VAYS, A CO-WEYANCE OF A PORTION OF THE
BELTLINE HIGIFSAY IPI THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP9v1ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are
hereby, authorized to"execute, on behalf of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the use and benefit
of the Department of Highways, a conveyance of a portion of the
Beltline Highway in said city described as follows:
That portion of the Beltline Highway from
21st Street to Mayfield Road, such portion
to be conveyed to extend from curb to curb.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
