THE CITY OF PADUCAH,,IENTUCKY
:'IHEREAS, the Municipal Hospital Commission of Paducah, Kentucky,
did not operate any properties other than Riverside Hospital of Paduca}:,
Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, the Riverside Hospital of Paducah, Kentucky, including
the land, buildings, equipment, inventory and accounts and notes receivable
were sold to the Rev. Francis R. Cotton; ':Roman Catholic Bishop of
Owensboro, Kentucky, effective as of September 19, 1959; and
WHEPETAS, the bonds of the members of the Municipal Hospital
Commission of Paducah, Kentucky, as -required by Kentucky Revised Statutes,
Section 216,210 were cancelled as of September 19, 1959, because it was
the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, that the Iiunicipal Hospital Commission was automatically
dissolved because it had no further function.
NOIJ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COI�L•ZSSIONFERS OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the 14unicipal Hospital Commission of Paducah,
Kentucky, be, and hereby is, formally dissolved.
SECTION 2, This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
