AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HANNAH SUPPLY COMPANY
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY OF 1000 FEET OF
1i -RICH FIRE HOSE, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY I'.ANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAIF, AND
PRESCRIBING THE TERI•13 AND CONDITIONS UPON SIHICH PURCHASE SI-IALL
BE BADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0,2-IISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Hannan Supply Company for the
sale to the City of Paducah, Kentucky of 1000 feet of 11 -inch
Thermoid Rubber Company?s 1!. -inch double jacket cottom rubber
lined fire hose Dacron filler, wax and gum treated, 500 lb.
test coupled with Magna forged rocker lug type couplings having
the Rational Standard thread, at :;0.99 per foot, be accepted; and
that the City I<Ianager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter
into a contract on behalf of the City for the purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
