That Section 2 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, "which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on December 13, 1915, and amended on May 25, 1954, be, and the same is hereby further amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows: "SECTIOII 2. The monthly rentals for the stalls in the Market House shall be as follows: Stalls Dios. 1, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 19 at •,"20.00 per month; Stalls Dios. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 20 at ;715.00 per month. The monthly rental of each bench in the Market House shall be }5.00 and said benches are numbered as follows: A, B, G, H, 21N, 21S, 2211, 223, 23H, 23S, 2411, 24S, 2511, 25S, 26N, 26S, 2711, 27S, 28N, 28S, 2911, 29S, 3011, 30S, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 45N, 45S, 461.1, 46S, 47il, 47S, 481`l, 48S, 49N, 493, 5011, 50S, 51N, 51S, 5214, 52S, 53N, 53S, 54`1, 54S, 5511, 55S, 561;, 56S, 57 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67 and 68. All rentals shall be paid to the City Treasurer in advance for only one month at a time, and upon receiving information from the License Inspector that any person renting a stall or bench is not making regular use of same by offering merchandise for sale to the public, the City Treasurer is hereby directed not to accept further rental charges from such person for any additional month, and such stall or bench shall be rented to another person applying for same. Any person using or occupying any stall or bench without first paying the rental for same and complying with all the rules and regulations thereto, shall be fined not less than •:x10.00 nor more than .,'20.00, and a separate offense shall be deemed to have occurred on or during any day such violation occurs." SECTIOI' 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
