AN ORDINANCE REPEALING Ali ORDINANCE ENTITLED: PAN -
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN LAND
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY OWNED BY SUCH CITY TO THE
SALVATION ARI+IY, A CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, AND
PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUCH SALE AND CONVEYANCE"
WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON APRIL 12, 1960
AND AMENDED ON MAY 3, 1960
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which was adopted by the Bognd of commissioners on
April 12, 1960 and amended on May 3, 1960, be, and the same
is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption. ,
