HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 14, Page 261, No Ordinance Number261 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING TIE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON EITHER SIDE OF BRIDGE STREET FROM REEDER STREET EAST TO THE CITY LIMITS; PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on either side of Bridge Street from Reeder Street east to the city limits in the City of Paducah, Kentucky. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed to have committed a misdemeanor and upon conviction will be fined not less than 31.00 nor more than $25.00 for each offense, and each instance any vehicle is parked in violation of Section l.hereof shall constitute a separate offense. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and publication.
