AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF FARRINGTON MOTORS,
INCORPORATED, FOR TM SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEVI 1960
AUTOMOBILE FOR USE BY THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER, AND PRESCRIBING
THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE 14ADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept
the bid of Farrington Motors, Incorporated, in the sum of ti?2,517.30
for the sale to the City of One (1) new 1960 Model Mercury
Monterey, 4 door sedan, having all specifications as required
and set out in the resolution authorizing the advertisement
for bids for the purchase of such motor vehicle, adopted by the
Board of Commissioners on March 22, 1960.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said motor
vehicle as set out in Section 1.
SECTION 3, This Ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
