AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF PITNEY-BO?+IES, IIIC.
FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW MODEL 4250 ILAILIIIG
MACHINE FOR USE IN THE FINANCE DEPART I HT OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH
PURCHASE SHALL BE I'v1ADE
BE I^1 ORDAINED BY TIE BOARD OF COi- ,1ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH., ITENTUCKY:
SECTIO71 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept
the bid of Pitney -Bowes, Inc, for the sum of ;x$93.75, less
?59.50 for trade-in of one (1) used Type RS mailing machine,
making a total delivery cost of �834.25 for the sale to the
City of one (1) new I•Iodel 1,250 Pitney -Bowes Mailing I,Iachine.
SECTION 2. That the City I-lanager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said
mailing machine as set out in Section 1.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
