"AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ADJUSTING TIIE RATES OF PAY FOR CERTAIN
NON -CIVIL SERVICE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH", 1JHICH ['IAS
ADOPTED ON MARCH 16, 1957, AND A1.1ENDED ON OCTOBER 13, 1959
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIAU'lISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, IMNTUCICY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of an ordinance containing the
title quoted above, which was adopted on (.larch 16, 1957, and amended
on October 13, 1959, be, and the same is hereby amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as follows: r•.
"SECTTION 1. That from and including January 1, 1960, the monthly
or hourly rate of compensation to the following non -civil service �n
employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the
designation of such employment, to -wit:

Corporation Counsel
Assistant Corporation Counsel
Assistant Corporation Counsel (Police Court)
Director of Public corks
Assistant Director of Public :°forks
City Physician (colored)
Secretary to City Judge
Temporary Clerk in Engineering Department
Field -Office Helper
Janitor
Temporary Clerk in Finance Office
Superintendent of Oak Grove Cemetery
Custodian Community House Noble Park
Maintenance Department

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on
and after January 1, 1960,
