FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEVI 1960 FORD, TILT CAB MODEL
m0-750, CAB AND CHASSIS, FOR USE IN THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH
SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept the
bid of King Tnloodall Motors, Inc, iri the sum of $4,985.00 for the
sale to the City of one (1) new 1960 Ford, Tilt Cab, Model #C-750
cab and chassis, having all specifications as required and set out
in the Resolution authorizing the advertisement for bids for the
purchase of same, adopted by the Board of Commissioners on September
22, 1959.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said cab
and chassis as set out in Section 1.
SECTIO14 3. This 9rdinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
