WRIGHT, FORA'IER ADIiIPIISTRATOR OF RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL, TO DISBURSE VARIOUS FUNDS OF SUCH HOSPITAL OF DEPOSIT AT CITIZENS BANK AND TRUCK COMIANY AND PEOPLES FIRST NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO THE CITY TREASURER: AND AUTHORIZING SUCH BANKS TO HONOR SUCH DISBURSEIMENTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COiDMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY: SECTION 1, That Carney W. Wright, former Administrator of Riverside Hospital, Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby directed, authorized and empowered as such to disburse and transfer certain hospital funds on deposit in Citizens Bank & Trust Company and Peoples First National Bank & Trust Company of Paducah, Kentucky to the City Treasurer, such hospital funds being in the following accounts: Citizens Bank & Trust Company, Paducah, Ky. Riverside Hospital Revenue Fund Account 553.67 Riverside Hospital Operation & P•Iaintenance Fund Account 12,360.84. Riverside Hospital Social Security Revolving Fund Account 354.02 Riverside Hospital Revenue Bond Sinking Fund Account 29,983.75 Peoples First National Bank & Trust Company Paducah Ky. Riverside Hospital Depreciation Fund Account 66$.39 Riverside Hospital Social Security Revolving Fund Account 253.35 Such disbursement and transfer will be made by and through the signing of necessary checks by the said Carney W. Wright as former Administrator of Riverside Hospital, and the two above named banks are hereby authorized and directed to honor such checks upon presenta- tion .for payment. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this Resolution to Carney 111. Wright, Citizens Bank & Trust Company, Paducah, Kentucky, Peoples First National Bank & Trust Company of Paducah, Kentucky, and W. L. Rutter, City Treasurer. SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
