AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 1959 EDITION OF THE NATIONAL
ELECTRICAL CODE RECOIMENDED BY THE NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION
ASSOCIATION, AND REPEALING ALL.ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT THEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0PU-1IS3IONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the 1959 Edition of the National
Electrical Code recommended by the National Fire Protection
Association be, and the same is hereby, adopted by the City of
Paducah, Kentucky as and for the Electrical Code of said City
governing the construction, alteration or removal of buildings
or structures in said City.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
