AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WEST KENTUCKY DIOTOR
COMPANY, INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1) NEW 1960
AUTOMOBILE FOR USE IN THE INSPECTION DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE
SHALL BE MADE
BE IT' ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKYL-
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, accept
the bid of West Kentucky Motor Company, Inc, in the sum of :2075.00
less 4350._00 for trade-in of one 1954 4 -door Plymouth Savoy motor
vehicle Serial No. 2092073, making a total delivery cost of
;1725.00 for the sale to the City of one (1) new 1960 Model Savoy
Plymouth V-8 2 -door sedan, having all specifications as required
and set out in the resolution authorizing the advertisement for
bids for the purchase of such motor vehicle, adopted by the Board
of Commissioners on September 22, 1959.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said motor
vehicle as set out in Section 1.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
