HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 14, Page 15, No Ordinance NumberAPI ORDINANCE REGULATING THE ERECTION OF STOCK YARDS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIbITS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY 'kIEREAS, KRS 84.220 provides that the legislative body of cities of the second class may, by ordinance, regulate the erection of stock yards within the corporate limits of such cities. NO'd THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI.u'iISSIO1,rmS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. The Building Inspector of the City of Paducah, Kentucky is hereby ordered and directed not to issue any building permit for the erection of any stock yard iā€¢rithin the city limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, unless the plans for the con- struction of same have been submitted to and approved by the Board of Commissioners. SECTION 2. Any structure constructed under the provisions of any building permit issued under authority granted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky shall not be considered, deemed or declared to be a nuisance except by order or judgment of a Court of Competent Jurisdiction. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
