HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 14, Page 148, No Ordinance NumberAN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANFIING AND ZONING COI^;MISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF MORRIS McBRIDE LYING BET%1EEN M014ROE AND HARRISON STREETS AND BE- T'IEEN 310TH AND 32ND STREETS, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION A. -,!D SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, ICENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on September 16, 1959 entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTI^1UTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OI MORRIS AScBRIDE LYING BET+tdEEN I.SONROE AND HARRISON STREETS AND BETNIEEN 30TH AND 32ND STREETS" be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the subdivision of the property of Norris •IcBride situated between Monroe and Harrison'Streets and between 30th and 32nd Streets as shoim on the plat prepared by Engineer Hunter H. b4artin, bearing the title "Part II, Morris McBride Subdivision", be, and it is hereby, approved, and said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shovm on said plat. SECTION 3. That the dedication of the public rights-of-way shwon on said plat be, and it is hereby, accepted, but such acceptance shall not constitute an undertaking on the part of 'the City of Paducah or of this Board to improve or to maintain such rights-of-way, that being a matter for separate consideration and action. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent- of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTIO;? 5.
