FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) NEW 1960 AUTOMOBILE FOR
USE IN THE INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS
UPON WHICH SUCH PURCHASE SHALL BE FADE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise for bids for the sale to the
City of one (1) new 1960 automobile for use in the Inspection
Department, having 'the following specifications:
One (1) new 1960 Standard 2 -door, 5 -passenger automobile
having eight cylinder engine, to be equipped with oil bath, air
cleaner purilator, spot light.,: directional signals, deluxe heater,
5 tires and tubes, automatic transmission, 2 sun visors, left arm
rest and 50 amp generator, colors, orange and black to be applied
as directed by the City.
Each bidder shall state the amount he will accept in cash
for the purchase price of said automobile, and also the amount of
such purchase price to be allowed by accepting as trade=in the
following automobile:
1- 1954 4 -door Plymouth Savoy Motor ;
