ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE M -IE OF A CERTAIN PORTION
OF NORTH 35TH STREET TO "rVEST JEFFERSON STREET'", WHICH WAS
ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON NOVEMBER 25, 1958
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO1,MCSSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That 'Section 1 of an ordinance containing
the title quoted above; which was adopted by the Board of
Commissioners on November 25, 1958, be, and the same is hereby,
amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That the name of all of that portion of
the street known as North 35th Street between the east line
of Pines Road and the end of Jefferson Street in the City of
Paducah,. Kentucky, be changed, and that the name of said
street be 'west Jefferson Street', and that same be so desig-
nated on the maps of the City of Paducah."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
