SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF 1,000 FEET OF 1-1 INCH FIRE
HOSE AND 1,000 FEET OF 2j INCH FIRE HOSE, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF
SAME AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH PURCHASE
SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Hannan Supply for the sale to the
City of Paducah, Kentucky of 1,000 feet of 1z inch Quaker-Thermoid
Fire Hose at 99¢ per foot and 1,000 feet of 22 inch Quaker-Thermoid
Fire Hose at 1.47 per foot be accepted. That the City Manager be,
and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a contract, on behalf of
the City, for the purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting of the
Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one week for public
inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final
passage and shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
