THE CORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTITUTE ACTION FOR SUCH CLOSING IN
McCRACKEN CIRCUIT COURT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0114ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky does hereby
authorize the closing of all of Palmer Street west of 'the west line
of Locust Drive and running west to the Beltline right of way.
SBCTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel for the City of
Paducah, Kentucky is hereby authorized and empowered to institute
and prosecute pursuant to the provisions of Kentucky Revised
Statutes 94.360, a suit in McCracken Circuit Court for a judgment
ordering the closing of the aforesaid portion of Palmer Street.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
