EQUIPMENT FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF ONE (1)
NEW CASE #310 B TRACTOR WITH UTILITY BACKHOE AND LOADER COMBINATION
FOR USE IN THE PUBLIC WPRKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY, AND AUTHORIZING
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid
of Jennings Tractor and Equipment for the sale to the City of one (1)
new Case #310 B Tractor with utility backhoe and loader combination,
having the following specifications:
Roll back on loader bucket at ground level 13 degrees
Swing on backhoe boom 1$0 degrees
Digging depth of backhoe, 12 feet 6 inches.
Dumping height of backhoe 10 feet 7 inches
Dumping height of loader 10 feet 9-3/4 inches
Reverse speed in all gears is 4/10ths of a mile faster
Two front lights for travel and work
One rear light red for travel, and white for work.
This tractor is entirely factory engineered as an industrial
tractor with a heavy duty front axle, clutch, cooling system,
and power steering. Shuttle transmission included.
Delivery to be made immediately upon the execution of a
purchase contract.
The purchase price of the above described equipment is to be
the sum of X35,100.00.
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said equipment
This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
