That the l-iayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a deed of conveyance in the name of the City of Paducah, Kentucky to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the use and benefit of the Department of Highways, conveying for street right-of-tvay purposes a strip of land 54.07 feet in width extending from the south line of Broadway to the north line of Kentucky Avenue, the east line of same being directly opposite to the east line of 13th street where same intersects the north line of Broadway, and being the same land acquired by the City of Paducah from Stanley D. Petter and rife, Anna "Id. Petter, by deed dated July 31, 1953 and of record in —iced Book 343, page 501, 1-acCracken County Court Clerk4s office, and by Bertha Stacey and husband, C. C. Stacey, by deed dated October 23, 1953 and of record in Deed Book 343, page 503 in said Clerk's office, and by the Board of Education of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, by deed dated April 15, 1954• and of record in Deed Book 348, page 209 in said Clerk4s office. SECTION 2. The deed so executed on behalf of the City of Paducah by the Idayor and City Clerk shall contain no warranty as so title, and shall be subject to the conditions as to the use of the property as set out in the aforesaid deed of the Board of Education of the City of Paducah, Kentucky as to the use of a strip of said land on the east side, being 10 feet in width and extending from the south line of Broadway to the north line of Kentucky Avenue. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in _Full force and effect from and after its adoption.
