A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, TO EXECUTE FOR SAID CITY
AN OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE OF FEDERAL GRANT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT
. WORKS UNDER 33 U. S. C 466 ET SEQ., PROJECT No. VIPC-Ky-32
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY DF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Lloyd C. Emery, City Manager of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, be, and he is hereby authorized
on behalf of the City, to execute for the City an Offer and
Acceptance of Federal Grant for Sewage Treatment Works Under
33 U. S. C. 466 et seq., Project No, LVPC-Ky-32, which project
consists of additional grit collecting equipment for an ex-
isting grit chamber, Paducah sewage treatment plant.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
