AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIOV OF PEW PUBLIC
RIGHTS-OF-TMIAY IH OOLDRIDGE SUBDIVISIOH
BE I^1 ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COi-II'lISSIOZERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTIOPI 1. That the City of:Padueah accept the
dedication of all new public rights -of -ray in Wooldridge
Subdivision, as shorm on and contained in the plat of that
Subdivision heretofore approved by this Board and the Paducah
Planning and 'Zoning Commission on April 27, 1954, which said
plat is.of record in Plat Book D, page 90 in the office of
the Clerk of the KcCracken County Court.
SECTION 2. That nothing herein contained shall consti-
tute approval of improvements to said riShts-of-ray effected
by the dedicating parties.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
