AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE
PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF A DOG CATCHER; PRESCRIBING HIS
DUTIES; AND FINING THE AMOUNT OF THE COL4PENSATION FOR HIS SERVICES"
WHICH WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JANUARY 16, 1951
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted above,
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January 16, 1951,
be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
on and after October 1, 1958.
