REGISTER COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
OF ONE RE14ITTANCE MACHINE FOR USE IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME AND PRESCRIBING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS UPON VMCH SAID PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the
bid of The National Cash Register Company for the sale to the
City of one (1) 'stational Cash Register Model H2289(12)3F. The
purchase price of same is to be the sum of 05,3$5.00, subject to
applicable state and federal tax. (Price guaranteed for a period
of 60 days from opening date of bid)/ Terms to be net cash on
delivery and delivery to be made within five to six months from
date of order.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and lie is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said
machine as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
