AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF HENRY A. PETTER SUPPLY
COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY OF 1000 FEET
OF 21 -1 -INCH FIRE HOSE, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EIITER INTO
AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAME, AND PRESCRIBING
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UPON ,"JHICH SAID PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Henry A. Petter Supply Company
for the sale to the City of Paducah, Kentucky of 1000 feet of 2�pl--inch
Bi -Lateral Double Jacket Dacrom filler cord with specifications
as set out in such bid at %11.57 per foot, be accepted. That the
City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
contract, on behalf of the City, for the purchase of same.
. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a
meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at
least one week for public inspection in the completed form in
which it shall be put upon its final passage, and shall be in full
force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
