HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 13, Page 89, No Ordinance Number89 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLAHP1ING AND ZONING 001=1%SSSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF JA:KES WOOLDRIDGE ET AL, LOCATED BETWEEDI MIDDLE AND HARRISON STREETS BLEST OF 28TH STREET, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01-11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on April 27, 1954, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COD1•IISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF JAMS WOOLDRIDGE ET AL, LOCATED BETWEEN TRIMLE AND HARRISON STREETS WEST OF 28TH STREET", BE APPROVED AS THE FINAL report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the subdivision located in the Aty of Paducah, Kentucky and described as follows: Beginning at; point on the north R/I9 of Harrison Street and 880.004 wrest of the center line of 28th Street; thence with the north RJU of Harrison Street 300.004 westward to a point; thence at right angles and northward 762.004 to the south R/U of Trimble Street; thence at right angles and eastward with the south R/B1 3004 to a point; thence at right angles and southward 762,00? to the point of beginning, as shown on the plat prepared by Hunter H. _Iartin, Jr., and entitled "Wooldridge Subdivision", which said plat has been approved by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission and bears the signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman of said Commission and the City Engineer, dated April 27, 1954, be, and it is hereby, approved, and said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat. SECTION 3. That neither the approval of said plat nor the subdivision of said pnoperty nor anything herein contained shall constitute acceptance of the dedication of the new public rights-of-way shoim on said plat, it being contemplated that such acceptance will be accomplished at a later date after said rights-of-way have been improved to the satisfaction of this Board. SECTIOP? 4. That said plat shall not be released for recording until the certificate of subdivision and dedication thereon has been signed and acknowledged by the ormars of the property and their respective spouses. SECTION 5. That if any section., paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision hereof shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provisi hereof separable from all other sections, parauraphs and provisions. 90 SECTION u.
