AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR -OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
TO EXECUTE AIS! AGREEPMNT I1ITH PADUCAH BUS CO1Il'ANY, INCORPORATED, FOR
THE CANCELLATION OF ALL TER111S AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN EIGHT (8)
CONTRACTS HERETOFORE EXECUTED BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PADUCAH BUS
COMPANY, INCORPORATED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COV11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the 14ayor be, and he is hereby, authorized
to execute an agreement with Paducah Bus Company, Incorporated, for
the cancellation of all the terms and conditions of eight (8) separate
contracts heretofore entered into between the City of Paducah and the
Paducah Bus Company, one (1) on the 30th day of August, 1947; one (1)
on the 25th day of March, 1948; one (1) on the 8th day of November,
1948; one (1) on the 26th day of January, 1949; one (1) on the 14th
day of May, 1949; one (1) on the 30th day of June, 1952; one (1)
on the 28th day of August, 1952; and the final and eighth one on
the 3rd day of December, 1953.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effedt
from and after its adoption.
