A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PROTEST
TO THE PUBLIC SERVICE COIIIISSION OF KENTUCKY THE PRESENT RATE
INCREASE SOUGHT BY SOUTHERN BELL TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD Or, C01L4ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to make protest to
the Public Service Commission of Kentucky against granting the
rate increase currently asked for by the Southern Bell Telephone
and Telegraph Company.
