BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF 00131ISSIOITERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTIOFI 1. That Section 1 of the above entitled ordinance,
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on August 28, 1956,
be amended and reenacted to that same when amended and reenacted
shall read as follows:
"SECTION 1. That the 1955 Edition of the National Building
Code recommended by the National Board of Fire Underwriters and the
December 1957 Amendment to said Code be, and the same are hereby,
adopted by the City of Paducah, Kentucky as and for the building
code of said City governing the construction, alteration and removal
of buildings and structures in said City."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
