BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COM II SSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on November 20, 1957, entitled "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COTIMISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY LYING BETi'IEEN JACKSON STREET AMID CLINTON COURT 0TEST OF AND ABUTTING 29TH STREET", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be, and the same is hereby, changed from R-2 to B-3: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Jackson Street and 29th Street; thence west with the center line of Jackson Street 148 feet more or less to the existing B-3 Zone boundary; thence north with said boundary to the center line of Clinton Court; thence east with the center line of Clinton Court to the center line of 29th Street; thence south with the center line of 29th Street to the beginning. SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN -ZONING h'IAP" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extrnt and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
