BE IT RESOLVED BY TIP;; BOARD OF COI•MISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Corporation Counsel and/or the First
Assistant Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah, Kentucky
be, and they are hereby, authorized to institute in McCracken
Circuit Court an action on behalf of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky for the purpose of testing the validity of Chapter
16 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky at its 1956 Regular Session, which Act is now designated
as Kentucky Revised Statutes 95.051 to 95.0$5, inclusive.
SECTIOV 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
