AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ROE �TILKIPIS CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR THE FURNISHING AND ERECTING OF A CYCLONE CHAIN LINK
FENCE AT THE SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT SITE, AND AUTHORIZIPIG TILE
CITY MANAGER TO CONTRACT FOR SHCH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIIIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the
bid of Roe Wilkins Construction Company for the furnishing and
erecting of a Cyclone Chain Link fence at the site of the sewerage
treatment plant as per specifications set out in a Resolution
adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky on August 24, 1957, for a total price of :)0,9$7.00.
SECTION 2. That the City Planager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the furnishing and erecting
of the fence as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on
file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the completed
form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if adopted
shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days thereafter.
