API ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF TAYLOR -WILSON CHEVROLET-
CADILLAC, INC. FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY Or PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF
ONE PIODEL 3104„ 1957 CHEVROLET OPIE-HALF TON PICK-UP TRUCE, AND
AUTHORIZIPIG THE CITY MANAGER TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COP-DIISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTIOII 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the
bid of Taylor -Wilson Chevrolet -Cadillac, Inc, for the sale to the
City of one (1) i•Iodel 310., 1957 Chevrolet one-half ton pick-up
truck as per specifications set out in said bid. The purchase
price of said truck to be the sum of .;1,399.99.
SECTION 2. That the City I•ianager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of said truck
as set out in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain
on file for public inspection for at least one (1) week in the
completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage,
and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days
thereafter.
