INSTITUTE ACTION II? THE McCRACKEF CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF
CLOSING SAID ALLEYS
. BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE BOARD OF Cgi-34ISSIONER3 OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, I EENTUCKY•
SECTIOI? 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky does hereby
authorize the closing of the alleys in Block 5, Block 14 and Block 15
in Chamblin, hurray and Brown Addition to Paducah, Kentucky, such
alleys being described as follows:
The alley in the aforesaid Block 5
being fifteen (15) feet in width
and extending from Green Street to
Olive Street.
The alley in the aforesaid Block 14
beinZ fifteen (15) feet in width
and e tending from the west line of
Cully Street west:•;ardly to a dead end.
The alley in the aforesaid Block 15
being fifteen (15) feet in width
and extending from the west line of
Cully Street westwardly to a dead end.
SECTION 2. That the Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah
is hereby authorized and empowered to institute and prosecute, pursuant
to the provisions of KRS 94.360, a suit for a decree ordering the closin--
of the aforesaid alleys.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
