AND EXECUTE A COPITRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAH,, AILD PRESCRIBING
TILE TERES AND CONDITIONS UPON WHICH SAID PURCHASE SHALL BE MADE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI-uTSSIOI'ERS OF TIS CITY OF
PADUCAH, IENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Hannan Supply Company, Inc, for
the sale to the City of Paducah, Kentuclrf of 1000 feet of 212 -inch
B. F. Goodrich Super Control fire hose with specifications as
set out in such bid, at ;,1.59 per foot, be accepted, and that the
City ilanager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
contract on behalf of the City for the purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting
of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1)
meek for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall
be put upon its final passage, and shall be in full force and effect
ten (10) days thereafter.
