FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, ITDITUCKY OF 2000 FEET OF

AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAI -E, AND PRESCRIBITIG

BE IT ORDAI1dED BY THE BOARD OF COi-l=1I3SIO11IERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, IE_TTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Petter Supply Company for the
sale to the City of Paducah, Kentucky of 2000 feet of 12 -inch
Bi -Lateral Brand Dacron fire hose with specifications as set
out in such bid, at '11.10 per foot, be accepted, and that the
City klanager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into a
contract on behalf of the City for the purchase of same.
SECTIONI 2. This ordinance shall be introduced at a meeting
of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one (1)
week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall
be put upon its final passage, and shall be in full .force and effect
ten (10) days thereafter.
