MARTIN, UN61ARRIED AND ROBERT C. CHERRY AND WIFE, LYNN M. CHERRY, CONVEYING FOR STREET PURPOSES CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS A PART OF TWELFTH STREET AND ALL OF LOUISE STREET; ACCEPTING SUCH DEDICATION FOR STREET PURPOSES AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO PLACE SAID DEED OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE McCRACKEN COUNTY COURT CLERK BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a certain Quit -claim Deed of Dedication made and entered into on June 28, 1957, by and between G. C. Martin, unmarried, and Robert C. Cherry and wife, Lynn M. Cherry, to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, conveying a part of 12th Street and all of Louise Street, be accepted. SECTION 2. That the dedication contained in rich Quit -claim Deed of Dedication for the streets mentioned in Section 1 hereof be accepted by the City of Paducah, Kentucky. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to have the aforesaid deed placed of record in the McCracken County Court Clerkts office. SECTIO! 4.
