AN ORDINANCE REPEALING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED: PIAN ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO THOMAS ELLISON OF LOT NO. 23 IN BLOCK NO. 1
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ALLEN STREET IPI THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND AUTHORIZING THE I,AYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY", WHICH WAS PASSED BY THE BOARD OF
COMRfiII SSIONERS ON JULY 26, 1955
WHEREAST, by the above entitled Ordinance the Board of Comm-
issioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky accepted an offer of
Thomas Ellison to purchase Lot No. 23 in Block No. 1 located on
the north side of Allen Street 485 feet crest of Bridge Street for
the sum of ;{45.00, and
WHEREAS, the said Thomas Ellison has failed to pay the said
sum of •,x45.00 for said property,
NOW THEREFOR•I, BE IT ORDAINED DY THE BOARD OF COMVISSIO-MbRS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which 'aas adopted by the Board of Commissioners on July 26,
1955, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and. after its adoption.
