A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF ,;;1,000.00 TO
CASSIDY CONSTRUCTION CO&IPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRAIISPORTING
DIR^1 FROI+I THE BUILDING SITE OF THE NEW SEARS BUILDING IN
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY TO THE CROSS CREEK SITE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the payment of ,?1,000.00 to Cassidy
Construction Company for the transportation of dirt from the
building site of the new Sears building to the cross Creek
site is hereby authorized, and the Treasurer is hereby directed
and authorized to issue a check in such amount to Cassidy
Construction Company and charge same to Account No. 1500
(Contingent Fund)
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
