AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF GEORGE R. THOMAS TRUCK AND
TRACTOR COMPANY FOR THE SALE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY OF ONE
CAB & CHASSIS AND TWO DUMP TRUCKS, AIJD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAIIAGER
TO CONTRACT TO PURCHASE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky accept the bid
of George R. Thomas Truck & Tractor Company for the sale to the
City of one (1) CO -192 International chassis with tilt -type cab
as per specifications set out and described by Resolution passed
by the Board of Commissioners on April 13, 1957. The purchase
