WILLIAMS, GRANTING TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH AN EASEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAINTAINING, REPAIRING AND REPLACING AN 18 INCH STORM SEWER WHICH EXTENDS FROM BROAD. WAY TO KENTUCKY AVENUE THROUGH LAND WHICH FORMERLY COMPRISED THE RIGHT OF WAY OF SOUTH 15TH STREET (NOW CLOSED) AND OTHER PRIVATE PROPERTY ADJACENT THERETO. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: Section 1: That a deed of conveyance from Emory Wil- liams and wife, Janet A. Williams, dated January 26, 1957 grant- ing to the City of Paducah an easement with respect to the main- tenance of an 18 inch storm sewer which extends from Broadway to Kentucky Avenue through land which formerly comprised the right of way of South 15th Street (now closed) and private pro- perty adjacent thereto, all now owned by the said Emory Williams, be accepted by the City of Paducah, subject to the conditions, covenants and limitations therein contained. I, Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to de- liver said deed, together with a copy of the plat referred to I in said deed to the Clerk of the McCracken county Court for record. Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
